About Me
First of all my profile may say I live in Napa, but I spend most of my time in Redwood City/SF and the Santa Rosa areas. Read what my interests are and ask me some questions... let's keep things simple and personable :) I do enjoy conversation. PLEASE BE HEALTHY IN BODY AND MIND. I may be a little heavy but if you can't run 5 miles with me, or at least 2 miles before you bonk please keep looking. Of course there are exceptions. For example, if you are a swimmer or bicyclist or rock climber or something of that nature where running is not how you have conditioned yourself then that is probably even better. I'd love to get into any of those things.
By the way...if you are interested don't be afraid to contact me I don't bite. I know a lot of you ladies like to view a profile and hope the guy sees it and contacts you... but...I don't often look to see who has looked at my page. Just an fyi....
