My life does not leave me a lot of time for hobbies - or dating for that matter - and I miss the former (hobbies) more than the later (dating). But: I found out that some things are just not as much fun by yourself ... cook a dinner, watch a movie, appreciate a sunset, attend a party full of couples ;-) ... I'm divorced for ~ 2 years, my 2 beautiful (interracial) kids are only with me every other weekend, so I now have some (!) time to enjoy the single-life again. About me: I was born and raised in Germany, moved to SWFL 10 years ago, used to travel a lot, think I'm smart and enjoy life - always, even in real shitty times ... life is to short to be wasted on negativity. I like my job in real estate - I deal a lot with banks on foreclosure sales etc., but it makes for long work weeks ... hey, at least I live in paradise with a beach just 20 minutes away...

Oldfashioned: Dinner and a movie. Or some concert / artshow or so. Because if I don't know you I am not really talkative, and I don't like the arkward silence ... so an event that gives us something to talk about might be good ;-) [But once I know you, it's hard to get me to shut up ...]
