For hobbies, there are a few things I like to do: Read about what is going on in the world, watch the occasional TV show, keep up with the latest happenings in technology and participate on a few on-line forums where I've had some nice adventures.

For goals, I have few of them but I'm not sure how much I should share here... I have a couple of health issues that are taking up some of my time but I think everyone has something that sucks up what seems like a lot of time on things they wish they didn't have to do. I do enjoy my job quite a bit and have been doing it long enough to realize that there will always be new things to learn and experience and one should be ready for, "As the Web Whirls," as one way to describe the life that is modern IT.

What makes me unique is that I tend to have rather odd views and ways of looking at things that do tend to make people laugh, sometimes unintentionally. I can be rather sensitive when talking about some subjects though I'm open to discussing almost anything to almost any level of detail. I grew up in Ontario, though I lived in Seattle for a few years before moving into Calgary a few years ago and the adventure that is my life continues...

My taste in music is rather varied though mostly it is a mix of Pop, Rock, Alternative, Hip-hop, folk, R&B, and Jazz. Some music I use as a way to find a rhythm for the moment, some will bring back strong memories quickly, and others are things I probably haven't heard before but may fit nicely with what is going on around me at the moment, e.g. the music from "MacHomer" some of which I hadn't heard in a long while.

I'm open to any relationship though I haven't really dated in my life, there is a first time for everything.
