I am 5’ 6”, brunette hair and brown eyes. The only make-up I wear is a little bit of eye shadow and lip gloss. Some may think this boring, however, I am far from it ;) what you see is what you get with me. I am an open book with nothing to hide.

I was born and raised in San Diego County, Escondido to be exact, and moved up to the "true" Northern Cali in 1993. I still have family and friends down there so i make the trip at least 3-4 times a years.

I have been divorced for over 2 years from my ex-husband of nearly 13 years. So, I am not on here as a rebound. I have lived the drama of politics and living in a glass-house and am now looking for a sense of calmness in my life. I have 2 beautiful children who are my life. Anyone who comes into my life in a special way will need to accept and love children. They have a father, so I am NOT looking for a man to step in to that position but rather someone who can be another male role model in their lives.

I am a paralegal when i work outside the home and love the law field. I LOVE my mind being challenged and stimulated.

I live by three words (Live Laugh and Love). I Love to laugh and make others laugh. It’s a part of me and you will hardly ever see me without a smile on my face.

I am a sweet, romantic, affectionate, kind, caring woman who can be mature (when necessary) .

My family and friends are VERY important to me. They are my backbone and there is nothing I wouldn’t do for them. My kindness and caring heart have been taken advantage of in the past, however, I will never change those traits about me because they are what make me who I am.

I love the outdoors! God created it for us to appreciate and respect it. I also love motorcycles (the faster the better - Yamaha R1's are what really get my engine revin), music, jet skiing or water skiing, boating, cooking, BBQing, summertime in general, going out with my girlfriends and dancing, Casablanca lilies, a great glass of red wine (petite syrahs are my fave), traveling (especially going on cruises), shooting firearms up in the mountains, walking the beach especially at sunset, I love to play in general. I work as hard as I play, and last but certainly not least I respect and love a man in uniform. I come from a military family and have many friends who have or are currently serving.

Why I am trying this on-line dating thingy: I live in a small town, but don’t get me wrong im not a small town girl (two different things). I am currently having a problem finding a decent man who is honest, respectful, loyal and has morals and integrity. All of which I possess. I guess I am asking for way too much in a significant other. I am looking for someone who can handle getting dressed up and being seen and heard in public, who likes to do dinner and movies OR just staying at home kickin it on the couch snuggling. Beyond my children, I do not live my life by any particular schedule and have spontaneity.

a loud place, like a bar or movies is not my idea of a first date. you need to be able to talk and get to know oneanother and you cant do that in those types of places. lets meet for coffee and/or a bite to eat to see if we both feel that initial "spark". if so, then we can both decide if we want to continue our day together and so on.
