First off, Im into this for the long haul. No damn games...Ive got no time for it and even less patience for them. I just want ONE good woman with a caring heart and a warm hand to hold. But it will take a special one to win my heart! Im ready are you?

Just so you know going in, that I am currently on Disability. This is due to some complications I endured during a very severe bout of Diabeties a few years ago. Im no longer considered "officially" diabetic as it now simply diet controlled, but it has left me with a need for a couple of medications Ill be taking forever. Im getting fit, eat healthy, ride a bike, walk, go to the gym in the winter months and I'm not shy about talking about it. Im self sufficient, not needy and I certainly do not require anyone to take care of me in any way. So you see, I'm very handy to have around for multiple reasons. Meet me, youll get the picture. ;-D

Non smokers get preference with me as do social drinkers. I would love to have someone to tip a glass of my homemade mead on weekends! ;-D
