I am a past college instructor, looking to retire shortly, I am a writer and have had articles published and am working on my 1st novel. I collect movies and have hundreds. I love music, most types but folk (ie; German, Greek, etc) most of all, I do not like rap and all types associated with it. I garden and heat my home with a wood stove insert--I stay very warm. My 14 yr old ckr spaniel, Rose, just died July 25. I decided not to get a new pet, as I probably would not outlive her, but Pet Finder emailed me a lovable****r who looked like Rose and now I have a new trouble maker who is 3-4, now I love her, and love all animals--or most, the friendly ones anyway. And by the way, I love John Denver's music. I love to kiss--lay on a sofa with someone I love (watch some of those old movies), stay by a fire on a cold night, I strive to be a gentleman and have some of those manners that my parents tried to teach me. I feed the birds, chipmunks, and the squirels and love to watch them. My one goal in life is to spend the last years of my life happy with a woman to love me and go out to eat Chinese with me every so often. If you want to turn me off, just talk about your Harley. I think dinner in a nice resturant is essential. We can talk to our hearts content and have a few drink to "get loose" where the conversation flows freely, and a woman can feel safe and not threatened.
