This is the first time I've ever posted something like this so bear with me. With a heading title like mine, I am positive it sounds like a pickup line but if you read further, you'll find the premise behind it.

I am a 30 year old male who is also fit, athletic, charming, attractive and funny - yes and being 5'4", I can sing "I'm a little teapot" with a humorous and believable overtone. In all honesty, I am tired of not having someone to snuggle up with while watching a movie the odd night and miss the warmth of a woman's body next to mine. I miss laying on the couch next to someone and caressing their face as we laugh, talk and kiss the night away or fall asleep tangled in each others arms as that movie goes into that closing credits loop.

The bar scene doesn't cut it anymore since the likability of having a deeper connection than that of a one-night stand barely exists; it is very difficult to be passionate with someone whose name, let alone body, you barely know. In a sense, I want to fall asleep with someone and be glad to wake up next to that person in the morning; who knows, maybe make her breakfast the odd time.
