I have given some thought as to what I want to let people know about me and here's what I've come up with that I think any potential guy should know about me:
-I am very outgoing
-I don't like jealous men
-I have a positive outlook on life
-I am a very playful person-I don't take myself too seriously, only when I have to
-I love christmas and all the celebrations that go with it
-I love the white sand beaches (does not include Ocean City MD)!
-I love children, even though I only have one
-My son is of mixed race so if that is of concern for you we probably shouldn't talk
-I don't like motorcycles-if you have one that's fine but I don't have any plans riding on the back of one-just thought I should mention this as it seems almost every man on this site has one
-I like tall/er men and men that are not real thin
-Music is important to me and I like most anything EXCEPT any form of Country and can really do without Rock-n-Roll
-I listen to public radio oh and in this same sentence I also like some rap music-had to throw that out there since a lot of guys make a point to say they don't like rap (not many people listen to PR and listen to rap/hip hop etc)
-I have a cat and a dog (but hate dog hair) LOL my dog doesn't shed
-All that stuff about I am looking for someone that I can trust, that I am compatible with and on and on-I would hope that would be obvious to most that I, too am looking for that so no need to elaborate on the obvious
-Online dating is unique in the sense that if you aren't attracted to someones picture, most likely you won't give them the chance to persuade you otherwise and I think that's just the truth about meeting them on line (if we already knew each other, I may find other things attractive about you, but since I can only see your picture) I unfortunately need to judge you by that, not really by what you write
-I probably have more and will add that later

I would prefer a shorter date (coffee, glass of wine) opposed to an arranged dinner date, etc. because personally I will know rather quickly if I am interested in that person, I don't need hours to make up my mind.
