About me:
I'm easy to get along with, easy to talk to and enjoy where I am in life. I have a wonderful family, a great career and I am looking for someone to share the best part of my life with. Honesty, integrity, and commitment are core values I live by, twenty one years in the Air Force taught me that.
I enjoy working out, I run 10Ks and marathons - big plus if you like staying active and doing outdoor activities. I enjoy movies, but would rather be outside jogging, hiking, biking, etc. Come to think of it, I can't remember the last time I saw an 'adult movie', not adult as a sex movie, but adult movie as not a Disney or a movie rated other than G. LOL I've seen HSM3, Hannah Montana, Madagascar, Mall Cop, etc. I love my girls, but I'm ready for a real movie date. :)

What am I looking for?
Someone who is secure and comfortable with themselves. I'm not looking to complete anyone, but compliment who they already are. I am not a player, at this stage in our life games are best left to board games or best played on a football/baseball field.
