About Me
I am an easy going lover of life. The Cherokee Indian in me gives me the high cheek bones and strong spiritual, empathic side. The Irish gives me pale skin and a unique sense of humor. So I am an eclectic mix of enigmatic sensuality.
I grew up in Northeast Arkansas and moved to Missouri my Senior year of High School. I don't have much of a southern accent. Other than an occasional "y'all".
I would be pleased to find a suitable companion but it is not the focus of my life. I'm in absolutely no hurry. Friends first if more than that will have to be seen. Don't be pushy. I've had enough of that in my life and just want to go with the flow.
Very Laid back, I love all kinds of music and I am particularly fond of 70's classics. I like R&B and Jazz. I also like Show Tunes and music from the 40's.
I have a quirky sence of humor, Monty Python, Mystery Science Theater 3000, and such.
Love Bruce Campbell as an actor, think he is totally underrated.
Some Favorite Movies are, Aliens,The Silence of the Lambs, Office Space, 13th Warrior, Blackhawk Down, and a multitude of others.
I love Floating, Driving range, auctions, sleeping in on rainy days, Flea Markets, and being in parades with my Miniature horse and Llama. I have a potbelly pig named Hamlet.
I've learned that making a "living" is not the same thing
as making a "life.."
I've learned that our background and circumstances may have influenced who we are,
but we are responsible for who we become.
I've learned that life sometimes gives you a second chance..
I've learned that either you control your attitude or it controls you.
I've learned that I still have a lot to learn.
First Date
Meeting over a Cup-o-Joe and being sociable is the first step.
Go into the date with no expectations other than finding a like Minded Friend.
If the Chemistry is right, who knows.
No demands just conversation.
Laying in my Hammock just listening to the windchimes and relaxing.
A walk in the park. Sitting on a blanket on the grass.
Miniature Golf....You can learn alot about a person during miniature golf.
I like going to cozy hole in the wall restaurants as well as going to a ballgame. Movies are fine even though I would rather get a video and snuggle up on the couch with a cup of hot cocoa...
