I work in a creative field, I love the sense of peace I get from the ocean, I'm the mother of two great teenagers, I love the feeling of a hard workout in the pool, enjoy a good debate, am an avid CBC Radio One listener, and so much more.

I'm very interested in politics and world affairs and enjoy a great discussion. I have a quick wit and a good sense of humour.

I try to lead a healthy lifestyle staying fit and relatively stress-free, swimming competitively 3 times a week and power walking another 3 times a week.

Love getting my hands dirty while gardening and landscaping and thoroughly enjoy renovating, decorating and repairing the house.

When I travel I enjoy exploring off the beaten track, not on tours but under my own itinerary learning about the culture, architecture, people and history.

Enjoy reading a good book, always one on the go. Love movies and the odd bit of live theatre.

My favourite thing to eat would be a toss-up between pizza and my seafood linguine or almost anything somebody else cooks for me. Favourite colour is green...any shade in the yellow-green family. My 2 favourite books are Prodigal Summer by Barbara Kingsolver and Latitudes of Melt by Joan Clark. Last book read was "Rockbound". TV shows: LOST, Brothers and Sisters and almost anything on HGTV.
