I have traveled a lot; over 1 million miles on American alone. (By the way, at 1 million miles, AA rewards you with a silly luggage tag). I have made 15 trips to Paris (my favorite place to hang) and have traveled all over the world including lots of Europe, Tokyo and Sydney. I enjoy self-improvement books and programs. I just feel better when I am involved in some sort of improvement thingy. I am a voracious reader of magazines - mostly science, technology, car mags. I am in awe when I read truly well written and wonderfully crafted articles like those in Science, Smithsonian and National Geographic. I am also have an interest in the history of early man. Did you know that recent genetic evidence suggests that modern humans have only been around for like 50,000 years! Well, now you know.

I enjoy weekend road trips, walking outdoors, working out, reading - mostly non-fiction, golf, the Caribbean, live music, anything on or near the water and fine dining. I think I have been to most every steak house in Dallas.

My ideal girl takes care of herself; has a positive outlook on the world; is a 'glass half full' kind of person; enjoys being outdoors like I do; is feminine like I am not; lives within her means and is not critical of her fellow humans. She enjoys travel, can laugh at herself and therefore does not take herself too seriously. She has a great sense of humor, LOVES words and is active. Extra bonus points if she can make me laugh!

Ultimately, I seek a girl who I respect and adore; one who will inspire me to want be my best and I will inspire the same in her.
