Hi, I am Rob. I am a small business owner and keeping the economy flowing in KC can be a challenge.
While I obviously spend time running and growing my business, it does not consume me. I have many interests outside of the business arena.

You will enjoy the fact that I have multiple interests and will be will be able to hold a meaningful conversation on many topics. My friends will say I am outgoing, loyal and a natural leader. They will tell you that I am someone who is more interested in giving to others, like running a bowling league, helping a third party candidate, donating to charity, or helping rescue abused dogs.

I will admit that sometimes I really do have the “Gemini” twin personality. There are times when I am shy and kinda hard to get to start talking, other times I can be the life of the party. Mostly I am in the middle and take pride in the fact that I enjoy listening to others about their hobbies, families and dreams.

I have times when the solitude of working in the garden, weeding, pruning, and general upkeep is the tonic for my sanity. Most times I am busy giving away the vegetables that I produce in abundance. (normally I can feed the neighborhood) I have two huge flower beds, one with Peonies and one with Iris. I have a deck full of hanging pots of flowers that I keep up for the hummingbirds that nest close by. I really enjoy sitting on the deck in the evening and listening to the birds and watching the wildlife as they pass thru the area. With a two acre place that needs constant mowing – I also spend time on my small rider and listen to the classic rock I am partial to.

What traits do I look for in a woman?
I will find a woman who is confident in herself, is truthful, assertive, considerate, loves to laugh and to have fun. She will have it together emotionally and physically. I want someone who I can spend time with, take places, share ideas, hopes a dreams with. We will become best friends. Are you her?

Generally, I am a fun and happy guy, so I am tolerant of most people, but do have a few things that irritate me. “Flaking” is a pet peeve of mine – promising to be somewhere at a certain time and then not showing. I consider that to be extremely rude, as are phone calls that are not returned in a timely manner. I’ll do you the courtesy of responding to your communication, and naturally I expect the same in return.

Any guy can take you on a “date?”. But not many guys can hold a meaningful conversation over coffee, where you can learn new things.
