Hi,

My name is Miguel. First of all, thank you for stopping by to view my profile. I have been living in Texas since the late 70's. I am originally from the east coast. In my free time, I like to work out and keep myself in shape by jogging, biking, jump roping, and weightlifting. I also eat moderately. I like to shoot pool and I do consider myself to be a good pool player as well as bowling. I also like to take day trips to Kemah or Galveston and hang out by the water grilling or just relaxing. Every now and then, I like to take in a movie that is worth seeing. My taste in music includes: top 40, zydeco music from Louisiana, latin music (salsa, merengue, cumbia), jazz, and some country. And before I forget, I like to dance. Although I don't think I'm a good dancer, but I can defend myself :). Some dance lessons would do some good. I like to think that I am a typical cancerian in that I am a nurturing person and like to take care of other people and show them a good time. Which by the way is another interest of mine. :) There are some things I would like to try, like camping, learning to play golf, and running the Houston marathon at least once in my life.

I do have ambitions and aspirations for my future. I hope to start a home-based business on a part-time basis in the near future. I never sell myself short and I don't settle for anything less.

I think a first date should be casual and stress free. Meeting for coffee or for appetizers and drinks at a public place where we can get to know each other would be ideal.
