I am a positive person always looking for the best in whatever i do. Staying active and fit are some of my hobbies. I am athletic (and can be a little competitive)and strive to stay fit although i dont always eat healthy. I have worked hard the past few years of my life and am now ready to meet some different people and have some fun. I do have two wonderful children and stay busy with them. On the weekends without my kids you will probably find me going out with my friends listening to a live band or just going out to eat with them and sitting around talking. I like most all types of music but mostly enjoy the more modern upbeat stuff. I find enjoyment in most anything I do, I try to find the fun in whatever it may be. Life is to short to be unhappy and never having any fun. I have found that I enjoy being silly sometimes and have figured out that I enjoy being challenged. I am a simple mountain girl that enjoys life. Yes I did say im a mountain girl. I enjoy working in my yard and planting new things then watching it grow. I enjoy most animals. Im not looking for drama or craziness in my life just an open relationship and someone to enjoy life with. Liers and cheeters need not apply, I had one of those already.
I do have children and they are a huge part of my life. I have them 90% of the time. So whoever I date would have to be open to children. I am not looking for a father for them just someone to add something to our life. I would be open to someone with children (i love kids and work with them daily) so please be open to mine.
As far as my life goes I am happy with my job as a teacher. I am happy being a parent and strive to be the best I can. I have lots of great friends and only want to continually make more. I havent dated a lot in my divorced years just havent been ready, with college and kids just didnt have the time and that wasnt what was most important at the time. But now I am taking that step and beginning my search for the next Mr. Right. I would like someone that I can make happy and grow old with. I have been divorced for about 5 years now and do not need someone but would rather like having someone to share life with. I miss the conversations you have with someone that you truely care about and the time you spend getting to know someone. I would like to travel some (love the beach). So if I sound like someone you want to get to know send me a message and we will see what comes. Im not looking for someone to just chat with online, or on the phone. I realize thats how this thing starts but i dont spend a lot of time on either so I would like to meet and get to know one another in person to see if theres chemistry and go from there.

On a first date I enjoy going out to eat and just sitting and talking. We have to get to know one another. I believe meeting face to face seems to work best. After eating we could go walk. It just depends on what we feel like doing. We would make that decision together.
