I am happy, upbeat, outgoing, adventurous, energetic, compassionate, intelligent, educated, articulate, creative, sensual, confident, enthusiatic about life, a diehard optimist and really do love my life - I believe in laughing everyday and almost always am found with a smile on my face and a twinkle in my eyes. I am super healthy and fit. I lead an active, balanced and healthy life taking care of myself in all respects. I have a very strong personal/work ethic. I believe in personal responsibility and choose to live my life without drama. I have a great job, wonderful friends and family, and live my life passionately - there is little in life I don't enjoy. It is my heart's desire to share this journey with someone special who might have some similar interests as mine or at least like to try something new or share their interest(s) with me, as well as a general enthusiasm for living life fully, head-on, fearlessly.

Some of my current interests/things I actually do at this point in my life are listed above, but there are so many more - it would be nice to have a conversation to discover what we share in common. I have become involved with distance running this year. I ran a half marathon this spring past and am planning to challenge myself and run a full maration next spring. I run because I can...and I love it! I enjoy working out at the gym 3-4 times a week. I also enjoy biking whether to work or for a day adventure. As winter approaches, I look forward to getting in some skiing, toboganning, and of course, a friendly snowball fight or two. :)

I am really big on open and honest communication - no matter how difficult it may be at times, I believe it is the only way to go. I have no time for negativity or dishonesty. The man that is right for me is a man of integrity - in all aspects of his life.

I want to connect on all levels - physical, mental, emotional, spirtual...I know that is cliche, but I truly want to be truly, madly, deeply in love with my 'best friend'.

There must be chemistry - for me, it is magic - either there or it isn't. If the chemistry is there, I would like to spend time getting to know each other and see if there is something of substance to pursue. I am in this to find the right man for me who wants to and is ready to commit to a long term relationship. I'm not interested in one night stands or serial dating.

Things I find very sexy - a sense of humour about oneself and life, confidence, intelligence, a wonderful smile, sparkling eyes, the ability to be "in the present moment" and genuine. I am drawn to the energy/essence of who one is - it is how I feel we connect that gets me everytime.

I really believe this is something that is unique to each person. Anything from Starbucks (not my preference, but I once had the most amazing 3 1/2 hour first meeting at a Starbucks so who am I to rule this out...lol...:) to any kind of outdoors adventure....and everything in between works for me.
