I'm looking to find friends that are potential long term relationships.
1st thing is that I changed my age for searching purposes and who I would like to attract. I'm 53 but the reality of me is around 42 and I can't help that most people that are my age look, act and feel old. Please don't respond saying your the exception If you are I understand and know that. The reaction I get the most when I meet someone is that I look like my picture, I am much better in person, I am very comfortable to be with and I am confident, sexy and we all know that sexy is a state of mind and not a porn magazine.

True perfection has to be imperfect. I know that sounds foolish but it's true. I'm not into people who play games and can't keep their word. Don't say it if you don't mean it. I have many gifts and qualities. I also respect others which is what is expected in return.. I'm not into controlling or babysitting adults! I have good character, integrity, morals and old fashion values. I'm too honest to a fault and too trusting and generous, but I would rather have a good reason not to trust than always thinking negative thoughts. I'm comfortable and secure in my own skin and I am my own man. I also believe in the basic fundamentals of a relationship, Honesty, truth, trust, don't make promises you can't keep it doesn't feel very good and I follow the Golden Rule: Do unto others... My perfect match will have the total package, beauty, brains, a very pleasant personality ( Someone who can make me smile just by her being happy and smiling when she sees me) and good fit (nice Size) and The ability to know how to appreciate a good man.
I also was a single father raising 3 children and know the territory all to well. They are grown and living out of state.

Hmmm For a 1st date, I am more the 1 on 1 type and like privacy when 1st meeting someone instead of some loud nightclub or bars which don't normally go to anyway unless I'm playing out.
Coffee or a glass of wine is a good 1st meet and if things go well then maybe can can take it from there.
