| | Simply put I am a down-to-earth individual who believes in being himself and not pretending to be something I`m not. I do not believe in making false promises, yet always keep my word. I detest lying and being lied to (remember, a half-truth is still a whole lie).
While most of you may find this unbelievable - having experienced from someone who pretended to be something he wasn`t - what I do pride myself in being is a gentleman. While I may not literally throw my coat across a puddle for you, I will hold the door for you, pull out your chair for you, give you a rose for no particular reason, or call you to see how you are if you`re having a crappy day. I also possess one hell of a sense of humour (so I`ve been told) ranging from dry gallows to cheeky to smart-ass - but not mean. I can also laugh at myself as well as others.
While I don`t have dependants of my own, children are welcome. While I always strive to put my partner first, as stated while I don`t have children of my own I do know enough to not to expect to come first when it comes to someone else`s kids.
While I`m not a smoker, am a light drinker and do not use drugs, as for yourself - it`s your body. However, chronic alcoholics and hard drug users should look elsewhere please and thank you.
So what do I seek based on this. Simply put, a down-to earth woman who believes in being herself, doesn`t mind being treated as a lady should be treated, respects me for me - what I believe in and what I do, and trust me, it will be returned in spades - and doesn`t expect to change me nor I her.
