I'm a Software Engineer who just moved here from the Atlanta area; basically just pushed the reset button on my life. Even when things are going fairly well sometimes you just need to try something new, you know? So here I am in DC and the town and people seem great but I'd love to meet someone familiar with the city or maybe someone else just arrived to explore a new city with together.

I'm a quick witted, honest and friendly guy who is looking for someone who can enjoy a spirited discussion ranging from the big questions in life to just the funny daily minutiae that shows up every day.

I really enjoy reading, watching TV and movies (especially comedies) and traveling (the bear pic is from a recent snowboarding trip to Japan), and I would love to find someone else that shares a few of my interests. I would really like to be able, at some point in the near future, to be able to get out and travel a bit more. I really think it's pretty important to meet people from other cultures and see that they are usually very similar to everyone else, and that your way of doing things isn't always the only answer.
