I'm a junior in college working on my bachelors in English (creative writing) at WWU. My AA is in English as well. My dream job would be a freelance travel writer.
I like the outdoors...camping, hiking, disc golfing, bbqing, star gazing, tubing down the nooksack river and such. I also love music...opera, jazz, country, bluegrass, blues, folk, classic rock and some hard rock.
I am the youngest of 6 kids and the only girl. Three of my brothers and my sister in law are in the army. I consider each one of my siblings my best friend simply because we are all close and very protective of each other.
I was raised a Protestant, but believe myself to be a non-denominational christian. Faith in God gets me through my day, provides me strength and guidance through hard times, and has cured me of my depression. If that sounds stupid or corny, then well...thats me :)

A first date? I like to be able to talk on a first date. It has to be something fun and inventive. Dinner and a movie are only acceptable as a lame backup. My choice would be bowling, mini golf, disc golfing or just walking through the trails of bellingham, boulevard park or hovander park. After that I wouldn't mind going out to eat at some random little restaurant as long as its not mexican or On Rice. Those give me heart burn :)
