Relaxed, friendly and easy-going I think would be a consistent first impression people have of me. Kinda sounds typical at first but I'm the type of person that has a few layers. I don't lay it all out there from the start. I like to take my time gettin' to know you and have you know me.

I love to laugh - a lot. I love to eat - a lot. And I love to get out and meet people/see interesting things at least on a weekly basis. I'm a half-full type of person and likes positive things and people around me. I don't like to dwell on the negative at all - isn't there something we can laugh about instead? How 'bout laughing at me? Something I don't mind doing and getting a kick out of frequently.

Imporant things to me - my friends and family which is something I can talk about later. I'm okay with my job - it's where I spend my a lot of my time so I've really developed a taste for what I'm doing. I like to be challenged mentally, creatively and it does this for me. I feel lucky to have it. Another love of mine is music. I love all kinds but have been stuck on the classic rock/pop for awhile now. Music keeps me sane and insanely happy - going to see live music is great but hanging out at my place relaxing and listening to records is even better. Although I love going out for drinks once in a while I'm past the point of doing the bar scene - I'd really rather be doing something else. I love traveling and make a point of going somewhere new every year. There are so many other places to see so I think that'll keep me busy for a while. I travel for work too so I feel pretty comfy living out of a suitcase a couple months a year.

The lady I'm looking for probably has some of the same interests as me but is also someone I can learn new things from. Or wants to learn something new with me. I'd like a true friendship, something I definitely value above all else in a relationship. It's not neccessary to be glued at the hip though - you've got friends I'm sure like me and if we're similar in anyway you probably like having a little alone time too. But we'd probably want to hang out quite a bit because you like adventures, you like trying good food, you like going to do something you've never done before just to keep life interesting. And you love to laugh (or make me laugh) as much as possible. You like to travel and see new places (laying on a beach is great fun but so is climbing a mountain) and you'd probably be up for either because sometimes it's more about the person with you than where you are. And can laugh at yourself as you don't take yourself too seriously - there's plenty of other stuff out there that is serious enough.
