I'm not too good about writing these things down, but I will give it a shot. I'm a hopeless romantic. Born and raised in the south, I consider myself a southern gentleman. I will always open your door and ensure that you're walking by my side. I feel that the little things are extrememly important. The big things are nice, but I think that it's the little things that really let someone know that you're always thinking about them. I do everything I can to let a lady know that I appreciate her. I'm a very positive person. There is so much negativity in this world and I really do my best to be a light in the midst of darkness.

I'm a big sports fan...mainly football. I support the Browns, but I'm originally from Atlanta (GO FALCONS!!!). I also enjoy a good movie...I rarely miss the blockbusters. I also enjoy playing video games...don't freak out...they don't consume my life...but every now and then I'll spend a few hours on the good ol Xbox 360. I enjoy just about all types of music except country...but I can even listen to some country artists. Rock, rap, R&B...I simply love those.

What I'm looking for? First of all, race is not an issue with me. I see people as individuals, not colors. I think the world would be a much better place if everyone did the same. She should be God-fearing and value family and friends. I would like someone who enjoys spending romantic evenings in or out. She should be a NON SMOKER...this is very important because smoke drives my allergies HAYWIRE. All the Zyrtec in the world can't stop it. I want someone who will not be upset when I want to spend time with my friends because she will know that I'll have a great time but still miss her the whole time. She should enjoy life and be positive. Be someone who enjoys laughing...laugh with me, laugh at me...laugh at yourself, because we all have things about us that are hilarious. I want someone who is honest, sincere, faithful, loyal, a great conversationalist but someone who can also listen. I want someone to share with...a woman with integrity who will keep her word. And I assure you that everyone will know that she is the special lady in my life. I want a woman who wants to better herself but doesn't take everything so seriously...you don't always have to fret about the small stuff. I love children, so if she has any, it's not an issue...especially since I have a beautiful daughter. So, if I sound like someone you'd like to know, by all means, I'd love to hear from you.

Well, I'll tell you what I wouldn't do. I wouldn't take a first date to the movies...that's a big no-no. You can't really talk in the movies...at least you aren't SUPPOSED to, thus you really can't get to know one another. I'd probably take a lady to a museum...someplace that stimulates the mind and encourages conversation. Seeing as how museums are open during the day, I would follow up with a nice meal so that we could further discuss what we had experienced at the museum. During the warm months, the day would conclude with a walk, some place beautiful.
