I am more beautiful on the inside than the outside ,that i know. I am proud of who i am and what i do for others. I try hard to do good at anything i try, I"M on meds for my back so i gain some weight from it.(cant help it)so i workout as i can .I used to workout every day in 1995 and went from 255 to 190 in 6 months. I had 34-35in waist,18in arms,and a chizzled face. I did it once and i can again, even though it will be harder without my partner to push me good i can try to get it all back. So i have pics of me in shape so one day i can show all to see.
