Hey there. My name is Corey. I am 37 years old. People say I don't look my age. My last relationship lasted 5 years. It ended almost 2 years ago. I enjoy getting out in the warmer weather and walking, hiking, biking etc. I begun writing a story a few weeks ago. it's my first attempt at writing, but I think it's going pretty well so far. Would love to get it published and have a movie studio turn it into a feature film. I also have dreams of opening my own business one day, hopefully soon. Not in a man in drag sort of way, but I see myself as a Donna Reed type of person. I would love to be with a guy that I could have dinner ready when he got home from work, house cleaned. My ideal night in would be in front of a fire, curled up on a blanket watching movies and having a nice glass of wine. I have a variety of interests for movies and music. My favorite movie of all time is The Princess Bride. I like everything from comedies to action to suspense horror. I don't mind the occasional slasher movie, but all the blood and gore gets old. As for my music tastes, pretty much anything aside from rap and opera. Just not really my cup of tea. Oh, yeah, I don't like cups of tea either. I am a southern boy, sweet tea for me =)

My ideal first date... I guess it depends on the guy. But for me I would have to say that I would prefer a night in. I like to cook (I'm not a gourmet by any means, but I am decent) Sitting over dinner and wine really getting to know the guy. Restraunts are good, but sometimes can be too noisy and not nearly as intimate. Then maybe going to the movies, or finding a good romantic comedy on TV. I feel the more you get to know someone on that first date, the better the chances of it turning into something serious. But as much as I would love to find a great guy to spend my life with, a friendship must be struck first. Meeting each other's friends is also a big step. If you can't get along with the other's friends, the chances of it lasting are not that great. I have many wonderful friends that I have known for years. If someone can't get along with them, I would have to say goodbye. I could not have survived without my friends over the last several years. They are more family now. And I wouldn't give up my family for any man.
