Do you like sitting in front of a fire, while looking at the stars. Do you like the whisper of the wind as it blows through the fields. Does the sound of a horse nickering in the barn early in the morning bring a smile to your face. Does sitting on the front porch drinking a coffee watching the sunrise sound like it just might be something you want to do. Do you like just picking up and heading out on a road trip, checking flight schedules and deciding to just take off, driving through the mountains and just stopping for no reason just to enjoy a sunrise, sunset or just each other. hmmmm on our first date we would pack a picnic, and either jump in the truck or saddle up the horses and head to the mountains or hills. We would stop by a river or waterfall and spend the afternoon soaking up the sun, and enjoying each others company. Wait that's the second date, first date at a coffee shop or something similar, we need to find out if we are even compatible before spending a day together.:)

His hands have the weathered look of long days in the sun. His face holds the lines of time and his eyes hold the look of love. The love of what he does and where he is. His hair is bleached by the sun and sea. His heart is not held by boarders it is held by the salty spray of the waters he travels. It caresses his body like the gentle touch of a long lost love. This is his life, this is who he is. He looks towards the evening sun and sees a shadow. One he knows so well. It has been months, but feels like forever. To love and know another persons soul like he knows his own. Friends have said two were never so perfectly matched. Like the sand reaching into the sea, both coming together with no beginning, and no end. They have travelled these waters together and have loved under evening sky. The have slept to the motion of the waves and have been awakened to the music of whales. It is said that home is where your heart is. Built of metal, wood and canvas, held together by hopes dreams and love, they are home and as they look into each others eyes they say farewell to the day.
