I'm 24, and live in Bradley Stoke in Bristol. I've recently come out of a long term relationship and I'm looking to get back out there in the dating scene and get to know more types of people. I'm looking for people who want to have fun, share my sense of humour and are adventureous and impulsive! I don't have the time for game-players or judgemental girls - I have flaws same as everyone else but aren't going to change just to please some judgemental girl. I'm confident and happy about myself, but hopefully not arrogant!

I am half Irish and love going to Dublin to visit family. I love travelling generally, and have been to Paris, Barcelona and Prague, and a few places in Spain. Egypt and America are definitely next on my list, although I'm hoping Egypt isn't too commercialised. I'd like to visit Alcatraz as well, it appeals to my sense of history. As I'm quite a big football fan, I often travel in this country to see different teams, and visit the different stadiums in the European cities - that's why I love Barcelona!

I am energetic and adventureous with a weird (but good, at least to me!) sense of humour. I am quite sarcastic, I'm quite like a mix between Chandler from Friends and Jimmy Carr. I am always up for a laugh, and I'm most comfortable in the company of girls that don't take themselves too seriously, and would laugh instead of cry if I insulted them tongue-in-cheek!

I went through a phase a few years ago of not drinking, and felt better for it, so I've carried that on ever since, and don't drink now. I'm not a lecturer though - everyone else can drink and smoke and do whatever, it doesn't bother me. I've just got in the habit of not doing it myself anymore.

As a result, I've not a fan of clubbing - and prefer meals out, or a quiet pub to talk, or staying in to watch a film, things like that.

I'm quite sporty - play 5 a side football regularly, and often go out for runs. I also have a Wii Fit if that counts!

I studied Software Engineering at UWE in Bristol, and so it's easy to people to assume I'm a geek. I probably am though - love my Football Manager and Mario Kart! I'm deceptively sporty though, and I'm in decent shape, so I'd like to think I'm a cool geek!

After finishing uni, I needed a years office experience so joined AXA, and 3 years later, I'm still there! I work in the pensions department, as a process improver, and my goals over the next 5 years are to build up my skills in business and management, and to take a management position after that time.

My favourite music is soft rock, like Lifehouse or Matchbox 20. I like Savage Garden as well, and, rather embarrassingly, I quite like Leona Lewis and Rihanna too (and not just because they're hot, honest!). I like any decent tune where you can actually hear the words - no screaming metal for me! I can't quite get why people like the Prodigy - it genuinely just sounds like noise to me!

I'm looking for a girl that's easy-going, fun to be around, beautiful to me, and easy to talk to. I can chat rubbish all day long, so a girl that doesn't think I'm weird would be a bonus haha! :-)

Ideal first date would be a drink somewhere, for us to get to know each other and see if the conversation goes well. After that, something more intimate, like a film at hers or mine, and see what happens.
