I'm Vicky a single mom . I am a private music teacher/violinist. I am in a very respectful place in my life and I will not go for jokes or games. Honesty is big with me. If you lie to me, I will find out because I usually walk into the truth. I'm not intersted in a quikie or any one night stand. I'm a lady and I expect to be treated as such. So if you think you can play me like a violin, don't even bother. Don't even give me any music pick up lines. If you ask me what key I play in I will show you the door.

I'm interested in someone who realizes I have a brain and I know how to use it. I love music, reading, dancing, photography and movies. I'm not sure what's going on in the future. It's complicated. I'm trying to rebuild a relationship with my boy who live with their father. I'm taking advantage of a recent job loss to finally be a mom to those two wonderful sons I have. I'm going to work on the PTA and volunteer in school. I love to work with people and coach students onto the next level of music.
I have a bachelor of music education from Seton Hill University and I hope to go back someday for a masters degree in either english, special education or writing fiction. I also play violin professionally but I also play for the Westmoreland County Community College Orchestra. My faith is strong and very important. I don't mind going to another church, but I sing in my church choir and my faith is deeply rooted. I play for a lot of weddings so going to another church is okay too.

I have had a lot happen in the last few years. I took care of my mom during her last year. That really changed me and has taught me a good lesson. Family doesen't have to be a relative. Some close people left me down so now I've adoped new family members. That's a big reason I left my husband. He didn't marry me for me, he married me for what money he tought I had. So now I have struggles since I'm single. But I know what a good relationship is and I long for that. My parents marriage, my step parents marriage and even my brother and sisters marriage. After over 35 years, they still hold hands and look longingly into each others eyes. I know that love is kind and doesn't hurt. It doesn't belittle and endures all things. The good times, the bad times and in sickness and in health. Love doesn't abandon just because you don't get what you want.

I have two wonderful sons who live with their father. They live close by and I try to see them as often as I can. I'm trying to rebuid that relationship with them. So I need a strong man because I have an ex husband who is impossible. My father-in-law also went through a horrible life with my in-laws, so I know I wasn't crazy. I was raised by a strong mom who raised me when my dad died. She showed me that I have had a blessed life. I am a fighter, always proving my abilities when faced with adversity. I am a very empethtic person who loves life and wants all I can from it.

My hobbies include music (I'm totally music even though it is my job too.) I love to do photography with my digital and film cameras. I love to go for walks in the part, over the mountain and to take drives. I love movies, but prefer to rent them. )I haven't been to the movies in over 10 years. I love working on my computer (I have a MAC.) I love to read, just wait until you see all my books. I love to cuddle and light candles and just being with the one I love.

If we go out, I would meet you there. I prefer to date locally because my old jeep is on it's last leg. We could go for lunch or dinner. You won't expect to be giving me gifts, because the gift of your time is more valuable.
