I am a divorced divorce attorney who has been described as a cynical romantic. I love music, taste ranges from jazz to a Beatles tune or a showtune or into something more contemporary. Okay, maybe not that contemporary.
I am looking for someone who enjoys getting away for a long weekend in the summer or even in the winter. Places to go could be the Cape or Williamsburgh, Va or so many other places. I am sometimes funny in an offbeat way and I love the sound of laughter. Too many people are far too serious for no apparent reason. If you can laugh at yourself that's a good start. There are further interests, movies, Broadway shows and much more but isn't that we discuss at a first date.

First dates? They could be over a cup of coffee or a full meal but they require a conversation. You know where 2 people reveal more about themselves than they do at a nudist colony by exposing their feelings, their biases, and sometimes reveal themselves as romantics or phonies. Yes ma'am, you will have to work as will I on that first date as we ponder the world, the Yankees and/ or so many other things that surround us and figure out what makes a life together possible or not.
