I am a seeker of knowledge, and naturally drawn to anything new, unique, or unusual. I limit my work schedule to a normal, 40-hour work week, and I like to plan outdoor adventures for the weekends & holidays. My favorite activities are hiking, mountain bicycling, motorcycle riding, visiting natural areas like the Canaveral National seashore, and exploring state parks & nature preserves. I've never been married, and have no children. I ended a 14-year relationship 4 years ago, and I am ready to meet some new friends and move forward in life.

Some friends claim that I am somewhat conservative, and I'm puzzled by this. I think of myself as 'apolitical', and I'm turned-off by political extremists, religious zealots, and those with a 'cause' they just can't shut-up about. I've spent some time studying both religion & politics, and maybe that's why I don't carry ANYBODYS "rhetoric manual" around in my back pocket!

Recently bought a Kawasaki Vulcan motorcycle, just in time for the 'drought' (no RAIN.. :) :) ) I ride every day & LOVE it!

A hot cup of coffee (winter), or a cold beer & a long walk on the beach to get acquainted. A slow bicycle ride might work equally well.
