I am happy when:
I am traveling down a road I’ve never been on, camping under the stars, I surprise or am surprised by someone, I am hiking in the woods, biking on a forested trail, snowboarding (and when I'm in a jacuzzi afterwards), dancing, cuddling, I am laughing, I am with good friends, I am playing with a child or a dog, I am bangin on my bongos, listening to a great live concert, hovering above a coral reef, sharing the grandeur of nature with my best friend, lover and partner. Basically when my attention is fully and intensely in the Now (which my job frequently affords me:)

I have a hard time resisting a woman who:
Laughs easily and often, sees the ridiculous side of things and can get goofy, likes walks in the rain or snow, is considerate, compassionate and generous with her heart, has muscle tone and nice skin, is comfortable in her body, can laugh at herself, is authentic, likes to give and receive massages, can read a map, is affectionate, kisses passionately, likes to spoon, whose intelligence impresses me, strives for clear communication and speaks her mind, makes me want to be a better man.

Some random thoughts about me:
I work out almost everyday, preferably outdoors. I honor my word and wear my heart on my sleeve. I am spontaneous and try to focus on the present. I love ethnic foods, chocolate, and mangoes. I listen to NPR, world music, especially African and Brazilian, Jazz, Blues, Classical, Reggae, and Classic Rock. I don’t take myself too seriously, and try not to sweat the small stuff. Family is very important to me. I had a very happy childhood. I am a "big brother" to a fatherless boy. I am very loyal and dependable. I’ve remained friends with ex girlfriends. I am very spontaneous, playful and affectionate. I like to cook and make a mean mazto ball soup. I do yoga and meditate. I appreciate money not for what it buys but for the freedom and experiences it can bring. I’ve been rich and poor but even when I was poor I felt rich due to my global perspective, which allows me much gratitude for what I have.

I was raised in the bay area but have lived in Switzerland, Taiwan, China, and Israel. I’ve lived, worked, studied or traveled in more than 70 countries on all continents and I speak enough Spanish, French and Chinese to get into trouble and maybe after a drink or 2 I'm able to discuss things like the geopolitical situation on the Iberian peninsula:) I now prefer adventures in nature around California and the western states, and urban ones here in San Francisco, but still want to dive with a whale shark, cage dive with great whites, go to Antarctica, live in Paris for a summer, visit midieval European towns- ok, the list goes on and I'm happy to merge it with yours.
