Alright here I go. I am 26 years old, I like to be outdoors whenever I can. Almost anything goes but my favorite outdoor activities include canoe tripping/backpacking, swimming/cliff jumping, camping, fishing, climbing, skydiving (although i have only gone once so far), hiking, mountain biking, kayaking, white water paddling, kiteboarding (I'm not that good at all at it yet), and cottaging. My main goals are to find that perfect someone and start a family one day (hopefully soon), build my own home/cottage from the ground up without contracting out any part of it and living my life as best I can, doing the right things, making the right choices and experiencing as much as I can. I am a very passionate person, I give all that I can and have a strong drive. I am very easy going and laid back, I enjoy life as much as I can and try to be spontaneous. I have started my own business in home improvements/ renovations. I enjoy working with my hands and building/constructing beautiful things for my clients (bathrooms, kitchens, basements, decks, landscaping, etc). I take great pride in my work and am a bit of a perfectionist. I like to escape up north to the cottage whenever I can, I am constantly working on it and improving it. Last year's projects up there was to build a new dock and an attached carport. This years goals are to finish the carport into a garage and install a real wood burning stove. I am always coming up with new projects to work on. I love to learn new skills and refine old ones. eventually I would like to have the skills to be able to fix my own car/boat/whatever mechanical thing and be able to build my own home. In my down time I enjoy hanging out with friends and family, playing games, and watching movies (not a horror flick fan). I seem to be a collector of power/hand tools and outdoor/sports gear. I like most any music depending on my mood or activity. If anyone asked me what my priorities are I would have to say Family first - Friends second - Life Experience third. A first date would be a nice, but not over the top, restaurant followed by something social like a walk. I am not a fan of a movie as a first date because you just sit there and watch a movie with little interaction with your date.
