My name is Harriet, I'm a 22 years old and have just graduated from university. I can be a bit shy when I meet people for the first time, but please don't let that put you off. Just because I'm shy at times does not mean that I'm boring! Once I get to know people I really come out of my shell. For fun I like to go clubbing or to the pub (I'm a big fan of pub quizzes despite being a bit rubbish at them!), going to the pictures and to gigs or just having a night in with a few beers and a good DVD. I'm a pretty confident cook and love trying new things.
My music tastes are pretty eclectic, I know it's boring to say, but it's true, I like a bit of pop, a bit of rock, a bit of hiphop, old school dance, drum n base the lot.
I'm currently a volunteer receptionist at a local shelter for homeless people at the moment. I've been there for about a year now and really enjoy it, but unfortunately I may have to give up my post there as I need a job. Sad times.

I'm not looking for anything specific in a guy but a good sense of humor is a pretty excellent start. oh, and someone within my age range, 21-27ish

A great first date for me would be to go to Jongleurs comedy club in Leeds. It sounds a bit random I know, but it's such a good atmosphere you can't help but have a good night and it always help to break the ice. Then I'd probably suggest we go to a quieter bar for a few drinks where we can talk properly.
