Thank you for visiting my profile and getting a chance to know me.

I have been on POF for a little while now and have met some great people. However, I still haven’t found what I’m looking for.

A little about me, I went to college at the University of Texas at Austin and moved to Dallas in 2005 for work. You score big points with me if you went to UT. Hook’Em Horns!!!

Someday I hope to move back to Austin, I really do miss it from time to time.

In college, I was almost signed to a record label while in a semi-commercially successful pop-punk band named Lunchbox Avenue. I still play music in my spare time. I’m currently in an Alternative country (Think Old 97’s) band these days. We play around the Dallas and Fort Worth area. Please email me if you would like more details. Oh yeah, I failed to mention I’m a drummer.

I work for a large consulting company as an Information Technology Security Consultant. It’s a good job unfortunately it means I travel for work most weeks. There are pros and cons to traveling; I have enough airline miles to take a trip for two to Hawaii or Europe for free; However, I only spend about 8 nights in my apartment; trust me I wonder why I even have it sometime.

Sometimes I get to go to fun places like Washington DC or Chicago. Other times I’m out in the middle of Arkansas or Wisconsin. At least I get to come back home on the weekends.

As I’ve gotten older, I’ve given up meeting someone in bar. I hope this turns out a little better.
