I can quote Monty Python and the Holy Grail pretty much verbatim now. Further, I will outwit you on Simpson’s trivia. This little missy likes to be wooed with wit and sarcasm. The dorkier the better!

I am also a giant history nerd – historiography and footnotes are my bag, baby. Yeah.

I travel. A lot. And when I’m not traveling, I tend to be planning my next bout of travels. It’s not an escape thing. It’s an: ‘anywhere but here’ thing. Trust me – once I’m somewhere else, the travel-lust isn’t sated. I’m just in love with wandering.

For all my academic schtick, I’m active. I keep catching myself climbing up a mountain. By accident. I’m tough – you don’t cover over 1000km on foot if you’re not ready to face down that challenge.

I’m a loverly lady - I will wear frilly little frocks, and on occasion, inappropriate shoes. In these situations, it is your place to remember that while I can be a sexy little nerd girl, I can still kick your butt.

I’ve gotten used to being spunky and independent. I travel solo enough to make my way in the world, chat with strangers, and have somehow miraculously not gotten myself kidnapped/lynch mobbed/chased by torch-wielding townsfolk. But running away from mobs is always better with two. I guess what I’m saying is I’m looking for an alibi.

That being said, romance me anyway, you silly little puppies. A girl likes to feel appreciated! :)

We'd wander around the city, play some laser-tag, visit my favorite used book store, and then torch it. Afterwards, we'd dine on:
a) gelato
b) Ethiopian food
c) the blood of innocents.

It really depends on whether I had time for breakfast or not.
