I am a single mom that is tired of all the games that tend to get played in the dating world. I have a career that I love and that is stable. I would like to pursue my masters degree in the near future. I feel a little shy at first but most people don't even realize it because I have learned to just put myself out there and take a chance with things. If you are the humorous type and like to dish out a little @$%#! once in a while, that is ok, but be prepared to get it right back; I can keep up with the best of them.
A large amount of my free time is spent taking my son to his sports practices and games/tournaments. He is number one to me and my best friend, but I am ready to find that in an adult relationship as well. I know it is not easy dating a single mom, but I try to make it as easy as possible for you. Just please understand that if you call me at 9pm it is not always going to be possible for me to find a babysitter at the last minute.
I love to do things outdoors. Grilling out on a nice day or hitting the river in the summer have got to be two of my favorite things to do. I like working out, watching movies, seeing concerts, or just hanging out talking. I like going to bars where you can hang out with friends and not have to yell to hear each other. I like to travel and explore anywhere from little towns around the state to amusement parks to where ever I can afford to get a plane ticket to! I also love to try new things. I love adventure!

I am pretty open for first date ideas. Starting with giong out to eat is a good idea so that we could get to know each other a little bit would be great but from there, I'm usually game to try just about anything from a movie, quiet bar, playing some sort of sport, whatever, as long as I can get to know you.
