I generally have a smile upon my face. Sometimes it
can be a little wry, but mostly its a happy one. I have
a 5yr old son who is a genius (of course) :).


I'm an Internet marketing guy, I work for an online storage company I
get to travel a bit, although that has been curtailed with the
economy.

I like to fish and hike also. I love mountain biking too. Motorbikes
are another passion of mine, however I am without one at the moment.
Perhaps this autumn. I'm into crotch rockets, they turn me into a bit
of a speed nut. I love to cook, I took time out of my career back home
in Ireland to try being a chef. I spent almost a year working in a 4
star restaurant and learned loads.
I grew up around horses and still love to go riding, but in an English
saddle. My body is so used to riding English that I find western
saddles a little uncomfortable.

I spend most of my life connected to the Internet in some way, I am
lucky enough to have a job that I love. However, being this close to
the beauty of the mountains reminds me to go and unplug once in a
while. I grew up on a steady diet of National Geographic and various
other nature programs. This place is like living in a dream world
sometimes :)

What makes me laugh? Mostly everything. I have a very sarcastic sense
of humor and I see comedy in everything. I'm quite self deprecating,
after all If you can't laugh at yourself, how can you laugh at
anything else?

What makes me smile? As I said, I generally have at least a smirk on
my face. I'm a happy go lucky kind of guy, and eternal optimist. In
fact I'm probably the quintessential optimist, nothing ever keeps me
down for long. I don't see the point in wasting the energy.

I love good food and good wine and the company that goes with it. I
like my steak rare and my coffee dark. I'd rather eat chips than
chocolate. I like my eggs over easy and my chilli spicy. I read
avidly, but lately it's all related to my industry. I like to sit on
the deck and soak up the sun. I like getting up early but also
sleeping in. I am loyal and caring, sometimes soft hearted, sometimes
strong. I love photography and carry my
camera in my truck wherever I go. I'm sometimes a geek, sometimes a
nerd. If your computer breaks I can fix it, but don't ask me to fix
your water heater. That would end in disaster. And just in case you
haven't noticed, I could talk the hind end off a donkey.

That's mostly me. Mostly.
