Life has always been good but with retirement, it just got better. Each day is open for new adventures, everything from just being able to have a cup of coffee with a friend to being able to pick up and go for the day, weekend or longer. I enjoy going for walks on the beach, of course, exploring Balboa Park, live theatre, listening to music, except for rap, brunch or dining at both upbeat places or the "hole in the wall" place with great food or any of the other great places in San Diego and our surrounding area plus any place outside of San Diego. Traveling within the United States or finding interesting places around the world including cruising near and far are special when shared with someone. Meeting friends for coffee or drinks or cooking for friends creates special times. Home is where the heart is and spending time cuddling up with my special man watching a movie or just enjoying being with each other is a wonderful way to spend the evening.
