I'm new at this, but I figured the best way to do this is to be easy on the eyes, and not jumble everything up. Nothing is worse than trying to read a paragraph that is 100 lines long!
About me: I have been a diabetic since I was 13, and take care of myself by watching my diet, and by not smoking or drinking.
I'm not a party animal by any means, but I do like to have a good time by hanging out with my friends at a club, or a good, old fashioned bonfire.
I love to cook for people, and I graduated from college with my chef papers. I hope to get me Red Seal certification at my current job. Weekdays 6-2; can't beat those hours! Not to worry though; I'm not one of those psycho chefs you see on TV.
People say I'm a funny guy, and I think I have a dry, and slightly twisted sense of humour. My love for George Carlin, Monty Python, Family Guy, and Robot Chicken certainly backs up that statement!
My Interests: I have to confess in saying that; I'm a bit of a hockey nut. I've been collecting trading cards since I was a kid and I also like getting signatures as well. I like to go to games the odd time, in Ottawa, Montreal, and other cities.
My sister got me hooked on Go-Carting last year, and I love it! It certainly helps with the stresses in life.
I also have an interest in animation. I mean the classic Looney Tunes, and not that 3D Pixar, and crummy TV cartoons they show nowadays.
I'm pretty old-fashioned when it comes to music. I don't like country that much and I can't stand rap or hip hop. I really don't like a lot of the new rock bands, especially Nickelback. They just record the same song over and over, and scream into the micro-phone.
What I am looking for: All right, now comes the fun part! I like a woman who treats other people, and herself, with respect, and isn't mouthy, immature, or overly sarcastic. I wouldn't mind someone who has a bubbly personality.
Being a hockey nut isn't necessary. I certainly wouldn't mind it,or a person who has mild to medium interest.
I'd also like someone who has some of my interests, and also someone who has different interests as well. I like to learn new things with other people.
Finally, I'd like someone who has a good singing voice and likes, or at least tolerate, cats.
Turnoffs: I don't like people who always like to drink, smoke up a storm, or party all night. I wouldn't mind if they are outgoing, but I'd like someone who is grounded as well.
People who are clueless air-heads, or drama queens don't go in my good books as well. I want someone who has intellect, and isn't arrogant to others by thinking they're better than everyone else.
It may be hard to believe coming from a guy, but I'm also not looking for someone who just wants to get laid. That just shows desperation, and signs of a drama queen.
Thanks for looking and I hope to hear from you soon. If you want to know more, just message me!
Happy Fishing!

Ah, this part! What to do on a first date? I guess it depends on who I am dating. I'd start off cooking something nice for the two of us. After that, it's wide open!
