Hello! I'm 27, from Everett. Just purchased my condo within the last year. This was great accomplishment for me, something that I'd been working towards for a couple of years. I just need to figure out how to be a handyman now. Although, I'd like to proudly mention that I fixed my own runny toilet and leaky sinks. I recently adopted a cat from the animal shelter. I thought she'd be my pal to keep me company when I was at home, but I think she may hate me. Her favorite thing to do is jump up on me while I'm sleeping and smack me in face with her wet paw that she just finished chewing on. Sweet, huh?

Besides being humiliated by my favorite new pet, I seriously love watching the Seahawks. Their dismal season last year and the departure of Mike Holmgren has made me so sad, so I was definitely hoping for great things in this year! Hopefully they can pull it off, they are off to a rocky start! I also love watching the Sounders inaugural season! Glad to see they made it in to the post season.

I've been working a lot lately. I work in mortgage. What, working a lot, I thought that industry was in the crapper, you say? Believe it or not, we are actually in the midst of a small refinance boom with rates being so low and purchases are on the rise, so I've been keeping busy! I'm also a "jack of all trades" so to speak in this biz so I have some job security. I really love my job. There's new and challenging things each day, so it keeps me interested.

I really wish that I could say that I'm big in to crafty sorts of things, but I'm really terrible at it and lose interest easily. I could cook frequently, though. That's one of my favorite things. I've been considering taking culinary classes lately. No, I don't have aspirations to be Top Chef, I just think it's fun to do and I like filling the tummies of the people I care about. I like all different kinds of music. Seriosuly, just about anything. In the last year, I've seen Puddle of Mudd, Journey, Heart, Cheap Trick, Lady Gaga and the New Kids on the Block. The New Kids definitely hit the nostalgia nerve, but hilarious and a great concert all at the same time (3 of them gave me a high five, and no, I haven't washed that hand {yes of course I have, they probably have the hand herps}).I have a great group of girl-friends that I love to spend a bunch of time with. They are all so different and have such different personalities, we always have a fantastic time together.

I do understand that this last request may make me a jerk, and I'm sorry if I offend. If you have children, please do not message. I'd love to have kids of my own some day and I'm sure you're a great guy and your kids are the best, but I tried that once and the experience was awful. Sorry, just not interested in trying that again.

For a first date? I want to do something fun! I am not your fancy schmancy dinner sort of gal. Please don't take me somewhere that I need to get dressed up like I'm going to prom. Either just your typical, but not McDonalds type, burger joint or some place that's different that I've never been before. Then a game of some kind or something totally, childish. Bumper cars, batting cage, hoops. I want to go somewhere where you can cut lose, be silly, be your self.
