To strangers, I'm a quiet guy who doesn't seem appealing at first glance. Those few people who get to know me see that I'm anything but- an interesting conversationalist, a humorous story teller, and a lover of logic and debate. I'm a software engineer by profession, so obviously I'm very interested in technology, but my interests stretch out in many different directions: I minored in philosophy and I'll read about anything- history, anthropology, politics, theology. I attribute this to my colorful life experience: I was raised between the U.S. and Israel, suffered through high school over there and service in the Israeli military, after which I returned to the States.

I don't dance (trust me on this- I really can't), and I try to avoid loud and overcrowded places like bars. Anything else would probably be fine so long as a conversation can be held. I don't date much, am drawing a blank, but am always open to suggestions. How does a relaxing paddle in a 2-person Kayak sound?
