Welcome to my profile. I am a fun-loving guy looking for a special woman that's missing from my life. I own a home on Prince of Wales Island in southeast Alaska, however, I recently migrated to Citrus Heights. I am at a great stage in life (in spite of the economy), which I appreciate and want to share with someone special.

A bit about me - let's see...I'm healthy, trim and athletic, physically (and mentally ;o) fit, honest, a good conversationalist, good listener, a bit spiritual, articulate, funny, spontaneous, adventurous, playful, witty, emotionally available, live by The Golden Rule, playful, easy to be around, affectionate, a good kisser, occasionally displaying a slightly naughty side, chivalrous, young at heart and for my age, financially stable, genuine, non-pretentious, and dependable. Have been told I have nice eyes, smile, and teeth, making up somewhat for a lack of hair ;o) Family and friends are very important to me. Often I've heard how most men are not to be trusted...well, I am a major exception to that generalization. I am one who follows through when I say I will do something.

My background is interesting, and definitely not mainstream. It includes strong ties (including a career) to Alaska...so ask if you would like more details on that subject. I enjoy doing things, not reflecting back on maybes nor what I should have done. The general category of rock-and-roll is my favorite type of music, though I do enjoy reggae, "Oldies", classical, jazz, R&B, and others (rap excluded).

I am seeking an upbeat woman who shares an interest or two, who is able to appreciate me and reciprocate affection if it develops. Finding, getting to know and enjoying time with that special woman, ultimately leading to a long term, committed relationship is my goal. While on the journey, a good, fun time with me is guaranteed!

I have many ideas here, and would prefer to customize it to the woman whom I will meet. Probably in a public setting (for your comfort and ease), in an environment conducive to talking and better enjoying each other's company. Perhaps we could meet at a golf driving range or a local park. Sure, we could meet for coffee or a drink locally instead.
