The Unknown Gift

Today a gift was given me,
it was that of a strangers smile.
Although her words were brief,
her eyes sparkled all the while.
Exactly what she said to me
I can not seem to remember.
Yet the feeling she left behind
continued in me to linger.
Through the day I shared her gift,
and as I did it kept growing.
She'd given to me a chain letter
and I passed it on,without even knowing.

By "she waits".
