If I were to describe myself (which is the hardest thing in the world) I am into all aspects of fitness and staying healthy.....Love the gym......Love to play ball and golf...I totally suck at golf BTW....I compete several times a year..mostly Powerlifting~~Highland Games~~Strongman..Bodybuilding is on the "bucket list"...and I love checking out local sports :D :D

I'm looking to meet someone that loves fitness and a healthy lifestyle....Outgoing and enjoying life....:)......Someone that is independent, spontaneous and confident with no hang ups. Someone with tons of "get up and go."

I love to cook and I love great food.....That's the NEWFIE in me..Nice restaurants are always a treat too. Family and friends are so important and always make for sum great times.

I do have a bond wit Da Rock...ha...!!...Usually, once a year, I visit home to see family...Yer gonna see "RDF" (Rain..Drizzle..Fog)...Now yer smiling..but this is so true... :)

..Exercising,sport cars,hiking and outdoor sports are my favorite past times..Although sometimes relaxing and kicking up your feet sounds great too. A nice bottle of red wine with good food and dancing....How's that's for a perfect evening? Enough about me..How about yourself..??

I am confident but far from arrogant.. down to earth...Once again the NEWFIE in me..and I am always smiling....I just love it...life is way too short to be grumpy.
