With the day off, I figured I'd come on here and update my year-old profile :-). I'm not sure how to make this any different than 900 of the other profiles that you can probably read on here, but I can tell you that I'm very passionate about everything that I do. I'm a teacher in the city of Chicago...taught 3rd grade last year, but this year I'm working for the Northwestern part of Chicago teaching in MANY different areas. Ahh, the things you see in this beautiful city. I spend most of my time during the week teaching and then exercising (indoors now, of course), and in the spring and summer months I love biking, playing tennis, and really anything that keeps me active. The one goal that I have is to travel this year because, sad to say, I've never actually set foot outside this country...and I've always wanted to go to Israel so that's definitely something I'm looking forward to either over winter break or during the summer. I just bought a condo in Rogers Park about 4 blocks from the lake so that's kept me busy. As far as music goes, here's the best way I can describe it: In the morning, I'll listen to 105.9 and 100.3, then after work I'll usually tune into B96 and 103.5. I'll listen to just about anything that puts me in a good mood, really. I try to always look at the positive side of life and NEVER look at myself as a victim...ever! I feel like I have a lot of great people in my life, but I think I'm in the same boat with a lot of people when I say that I'd like something more...so here I am...throwing myself into the sea with millions of other fish!

I really like exploring the city...the city of Chicago, that is! Anything that involves heading into the city and going to a museum, grabbing a couple of drinks downtown, or sitting outdoors at an outdoor film festival is always a great time!
