hello..
love people, friendly places, travel every chance i get, and so many other things... rock climbing in france and snowboarding in the german black forest was awesome.
athletic sports, outdoors, sunny days, beaches, food, are all part of what i like. i've eaten some wierd stuff in my day. (no bugs)
snow is cool, but only for about a day. i find winter months to be somewhat dismal. life is much better for everyone when the sun is shining. at least i think so. i'm an advocate for natural sunlight, heart healthy eating and physical activity.

i'm not of a fan of the club scene anymore, never really was. in general, i´m willing to do almost anything, i like being out and about.
i have a very messed up sense of humour and love to laugh as much as i can. it is after all "the best medicine". that and maybe an apple a day to keep doctor kevorkian as far away as possible.

as you have probably already read above, i am a professional chef and entrepreneur. i am taking it upon myself to start my own business this year. I will be helping people make wise meal planning decisions. it goes deeper than that but i'd rather not talk business.

i'm kind of a big kid at times. it's hard to describe but let's just say that i enjoy the simple things in life as much as the finer things.
i work hard, play hard, and love every minute of it.
don't be shy, i don't bite. well that really all depends.
