Oh no.. but a little bird told me... it's true. Winter is on its way. The down jacket will come out of the closet and I will begin again ... the painting, reading and writing that lay claim to me after darkness falls. Enjoy table tennis, snow shoeing and cross country skiing in the bright daylight hours.

I enjoyed a bike trip in Ireland this year. It was so beautiful though some of the hills took the wind out of me!

I enjoy movies. Have just seen Julie and Julia. At first I was struck by Julia's story and then I thought more of Julie. She tried a new recipe every day for a year... and I will write every day for a year. Last year I visited Stratford in Ontario and was swept away by the plays and musicals that I saw.

A first date.... after the coffee interview? Well I would love to go to a small romantic restaurant preferably overlooking water. Good food, good wine, and good conversation.... who knows where all this could go.
