hows it going... my name is Derrick. im here looking for something that i just have not been able to find; that thing i believe, is the connection between two people that holds them together. you know that bond that thing that makes you miss them when they are gone and all that. because as nice as they are, looks alone just cant make a relationship work, however important they may be.

so a little about me, i started school again after eight years of working. i go to seirra college, which is cool. i was a commercial electrician for six years, and now i am going to school to be a RN. funny as it sounds i like learning all of a sudden haha! when i am not doing homework or hanging out wiht my daughter i like to go to the river, and the lake. i enjoy 4 wheeling when i can, i hope to get out more often in the near future because i just put a new engine in my truck this summer.i have never worked on a vehicle before so the fact that it started was exciting.

so yea ummmm i have a two and a half year old little girl who is mine more then she isnt i suppose :) there is no drama in her life because there is no drama between me and her mom.

what else... i like to work out in my garage with my roomates, BBQ, watch some UFC and have slip and slide parties if it is nice out.

most importantly i want to meet the real deal. A athletic, kick back, funny ass, intelectual, who will be ok with traveling once in a while and camping and cooking, dont worry i clean all the time.
