It's hard to write about yourself, huh? I'm not having much luck meeting the kind of guy I'm looking for, so I'm giving this a whirl...I've found that "dating" is a very weird thing!

I am a very down-to-earth & kind person, loyal, creative, with a good yet quirky sense of humor. I'm outgoing & try to be as open-minded as possible. I am off-beat, silly and fun.

As far as religion goes, I am not a big fan of any organized religion. I certainly support and respect those who are. I feel that spirituality is a very personal thing, and to each his own. I am a firm believer, however, in the simple concept of just being a good person...be kind, be fair, and do the right thing. Morals and integrity are important to me. Anyone who is racist, prejudiced, or (in my opinion) simply narrow-minded and/or ignorant, you'd better move on to the next profile.

I'm definitely not your typical girly girl, though I am feminine. For example, while I own a hair dryer, I have no idea where it is. I like tattoos and have a few myself. I like very big dogs, not the kind that wear skirts and hang out in designer purses. I'd rather hang out w/ good friends around a bonfire than go to the mall, I'd rather target shoot than get a manicure, and I'd rather drive a fast car than an expensive one (though the two aren't always mutually exclusive). I prefer dive bars to big clubs, thrift stores to Bloomingdales.

My friends are my family of choice, and I love spending time w/ them. I adore being outside, have very eclectic taste (in music, people, clothing, etc), like anything artistic, love learning new things, reading, and animals. I have 3 awesome kids who live w/ me part-time & their dad is still one of my closest friends (points for that, eh?).

I own a small farm in the middle of nowhere, and love it. I also love cities, and still spend a lot of time in Baltimore, where I used to live.

I'm looking for a guy who's got his head on straight and is kind, laid-back, responsible, and fun. Major points for a keen wit & intellect, a maturity level above the average 6th grader, and a "look" and presence that would stop traffic. To clarify- when I say "stop traffic," I mean stop traffic for me, or in my opinion.
So, since this is sort of a wish list, I'm asking for that one guy who will amaze me....

Hmmm...I'd have to say that depends on the season.
If it were warm outside, I'd say let's go to this waterfall that I love (you can help me carry the cooler).
If it were cold outside, I'd say let's meet somewhere interesting for coffee or a beer (fireplaces are good, funky bookstores are good, cool little bars are good).

I am a huge fan of people-watching, so I'm happy pretty much anywhere. Hours of entertainment can be had at the airport if you just re-frame the experience!
