Here's a thought to take the pressure off, meet people with the expectation of increasing your circle of friends first.A very good friend has this philosophy "I think that friendship is the first step to intimacy, and if it never gets there, it is never a waste of time to make a friend, so there is nothing lost, and everything gained."We and I'm not immune to it either, create expectations that aren't realistic...dial it back people and just go find out who the person is and if more happens great!One women's frog is another's prince,never run away screaming.......Hugs and smiles however are contagious give them freely...

I have a question for a forum probably, why does everyone say " I look younger" What's wrong with looking our age? it's a good age to be I earned it... I think 52 looks as good as ever...oops dam almost 53 birthday presents accepted early...too late bd long gone
Things that are important to me... someone who shows they want to be with me (that can be a sparkle in their eye, public displays, just those little things ) Communication, gotta be able to talk about absolutely anything, if you can't how do you let a partner know? With that comes intelligence, not to be confused with educated but can be both.Truly not materialistic, we all have way too much stuff, ok if someone gave me a porsche I might bend a little. People are more important then what you do for a living or our possessions. Giving to others in need, that can take many forms from outright charity to random acts of kindness. Good kaarma is not underated, the movie "pay it forward" is a great illustration. Spiritual rather then religious, how you are and treat others is what makes us better. A great lover of people , pets and the outdoors.I'd like a friend first to get out with. To me creativity and a great mind is far more important then a great body, but if you have both I'll worship you...well I'd worship you regardless... don't worry I am very approachable and don't bite,Drop me a line and I'll write back , see what path it takes us down....ENTP if it matters...
A friend thought after reading and looking at my profile that I was rigid and knew exactly what I wanted....hmmm well as always expectations are your illusions. I'll know what I want when i find it and am open to almost anything. Pique my curiousity and interest my brain I'll follow you.....


Update OMG I bought a motorcycle, dam ebay.... now I have to go get it in all places Dubuque Iowa... Well at least I'll be able to ride this summer....well let's update that now I have four motorcycles and a trailer for three... two of them even run any buddy wanna buy a bike? Well now finally got to ride even if it was only for 3 blocks, need some winter biking wear. Ok no more couch potatoes at my place the treadmill is firmly in front of the TV! Couch is gone to other places....for other activities eh....
