I have lived in Eureka california for 5 years in 2009. I Work at a clinic as an RN and I like my job very much. The other up side is that no matter what happens I will always have work. My job will never downsize. I really enjoy going to see live music and twice a month going to the local Art Alive weekends. I have played bass guitar in a couple of different bands and jam at open mics on some evenings when I get a chance. I have yet to go rafting up here in the mountains but it will happen. I keep my self healthy with walking and cycling. I enjoy camping and getting out going to the beach, woods where ever. I am a solid guy with my "eye on the prize" at it were. I really do have a heart as wide as the sky and I am very compassionate. I am looking for a woman that knows how to receive as well as give in a relationship. I love to love. I want to be in love.... That is why I sing the blues. (ha ha). The woman I seek is creative and enjoys sharing her talents, maybe even teaching a bit. It is ok if you have a bit of baggage or even a few issues after all it is really unrealistic to expect anyone over the age of five to have no issues or problem. I know it sound "common" but I really want a woman that won't run at the first sign of life's challenges. Life is full of pitfalls and ups and downs. I don't run from life and I can ride those waves ..... Can you? I have one dog she is 14 this year and much more of a greeter than a guard dog. I spoil her, she has 4 beds and 2 are heated. But this may be her last year with me, I can not be selfish if she is in pain.
If you are looking for a sugar daddy look someplace else. I really like to spoil my partner with little suprises and tokens of love through out the week and year. But I will not be through down on "big ticket" stuff just because. However, I want the woman I am with to be able to dress up for a night out or feel snuggly on the couch with a movie. I really want to share each day and add to my partners life. I love a variety of music but blues and rock are my passion. I really like going to see local music and occasionally out of town to the city for something special. I really can't get in to the modern county music. But some of the lyrics are pretty good. Bluegrass gets to me after to much of it.

A first date would be very relaxed. We could sit for wine or coffee, we would talk and share about our common interests, peal away a layer of personal history. In short we would seek to find trust. Than we would go some place else for desert after walking around the town a bit.
